inI used to skip fiber in the mix, but a basement job changed everything
Guess I learned the hard way too, just like @gavinramirez, after my own spiderweb basement disaster.

inHot take: I switched from a standard rounding hammer to a cross pein for my clinching
That's a rounding hammer, not a cross pein.

inI was reading an old trade journal from 1988 and found out our foundry's main furnace used to run on 40% more coke than it does now.
Right? It's pretty amazing to see.

inVent: A scared patient made me change my tune on what gets you ahead
Took me way too long to figure that out lol. I used to jump in with fixes right away. Now I shut up and let them get it all out. Half the time they just needed to vent, and the answer becomes clear while they're talking.

inMy tent review sparked a cool chat with a distant coworker
Last year at my old job, we had a similar thing with hiking photos (it started with just a few of us sharing). I get the worry about leaving people out, but forcing everyone into the same chat can feel just as fake. What worked for us was making a channel for outdoor stuff, but also encouraging other topics like books or pets. That way, people who aren't into camping can jump in on what they like. Organic connections from real interests build trust way faster than planned events. Just keep the door open for other hobbies to pop up naturally.
