Wasted so much time blaming my own clipper work when the real issue was sitting right there on my station the whole time. Had the same thing happen with my detachable blades, kept getting these little lines on the sides and figured my blade was dull, so I bought new ones, still there, then swapped out my old brush for a stiffer one and the lines went away, the soft brush was just laying the hair down weird before I ran the clipper over it. Cost me maybe six bucks and months of me cussing at my tools. It stings a little to know a cheap fix was hiding in plain sight, but man does it feel good when the next cut just flows without you fighting it. The worst part is you start second guessing your whole setup and buying stuff you don't even need. I keep a little notebook now writing down what changed when a problem shows up, saves me from chasing ghosts for weeks like that.
