inFinally got my 3-year-old to eat something green from the slow cooker
Remember my cousin tried the whole "no tricks, just real food" method with her toddler. Kid lived on plain crackers and air for like three weeks, it was a total standoff. Sometimes you just need to get some green stuff in them before the preschool plague hits, you know? Feels like there's a middle ground between hiding veggies and a nightly dinner battle.

inMy boss told me to never use that cheap adhesive on concrete slabs
My uncle's patio tiles in Tucson popped up in six months with that junk glue. @thea692 is spot on about the scraping nightmare, it turns into concrete-colored powder. I spent a whole weekend with a floor scraper and a grinder getting that mess up. Never again.

inPSA: I stopped asking 'what's the best way' in this group and started just trying stuff.
Yeah but sometimes you need that advice before you waste money.

inA customer at my old shop in Tacoma swore his 'check engine' light only came on after dark.
Disagree completely. Sometimes the pattern itself is the problem, not just a clue. His brain focused on the time because that's when the pressure changed in the pipes. The quiet just let him hear the effect of the real issue.

inQuestion about those silicone air fryer liners
Ugh, that's the exact reason I'm scared to use those things. A lot of those cheap silicone products aren't rated for high heat, even if the box says they are. That warping is a major red flag. I'd stop using it immediately because melted silicone could leach into your food. Maybe try the perforated parchment paper liners instead for safety? Have you checked if yours had a specific temperature rating printed on it?
