inI used to think buying cheap ground beef was the only way to save on taco night.
Lentils are a good price, but they don't work for every meal. A taco night needs that meaty texture, you know? Ground turkey is my go-to swap. It cooks up just like beef and takes on all the same spices. For the same price as cheap beef, you often get a leaner protein.

inMy boss told me to ignore the new AI image model for our project.
Ugh that's so frustrating when bosses won't listen to feedback. The client already told you the old model isn't working, so sticking with it makes no sense. Hope he comes around before you lose the account.

inI was checking a flue in an old house in Portland and found something that made me change my whole routine.
Totally feel that. I had a leak under my kitchen sink that drove me nuts for a week. I kept wiping up water but couldn't see where it was coming from. Finally laid on the floor with a flashlight and saw it was a tiny crack on the back side of the pipe fitting, only visible from below. It's crazy what you miss from the usual view. What's the weirdest place you've ever found a problem?

inI wasted a full month of my bullet journal trying to make it perfect
So what happens when you make a mistake in ink, @riley_king16? Do you just live with it on the page?

inI started weighing my salt for my pasta water instead of just eyeballing it for the past two months, and my sauces finally taste balanced.
Exactly. I had the same thing with my sourdough starter. I was just dumping flour and water in until it "looked right" and my bread was a total crapshoot. Bought a cheap scale and started doing 100 grams of each, same time every day. Now it actually rises. What @jesse700 said about replacing guesswork is spot on. That number just takes the stress out of it.
