inSitting in a Panera in Boise, a lady's $4 planner flip made me rethink my whole weekly spread
Stop blaming the setup when the real problem is you not wanting to do the work. That lady with the 7 boxes probably forgot to call her mom for three weeks straight and her water bottle sat full on the counter. One page sounds clean until you realize you dropped half your stuff and there was no tracker to catch it. Drinking water and keeping up with people you love are habits, not opinions, and habits need a spot to live or they die. Writing the same five things in a box every day is not decorating, it is called showing up, and if your fancy pages are what make you show up then they are earning their keep.

inTrainer in Austin pointed out my AI chatbot's personality flaw after 10 minutes
Is saying sorry 8 times really a problem if customers were still talking to it instead of bailing? Ratings going up after you cut the groveling doesn't prove sorry was the issue, could be a dozen other things changed too.

inOne client brought his whole family in for a 'quick trim' on Saturday
This happened to me last month when a guy came in for himself and then called his brother, sister in law, and three nephews to come down too. I was already running behind and suddenly had six extra heads to deal with. What saved me was just being straight with them about wait times and having the kids go first since they squirm less if they get it over with quick. The grandparents were actually the easy ones, they just sat and chatted while I worked.
