inTIL my cousin's rail alignment trick isn't worth it
On my dad's farm, we tried skipping string lines once for a quick repair. We thought we could eyeball it, but after three rails, the whole section was crooked. That's the problem with shortcuts, they create hidden costs where you spend more time fixing than you save. Like susan said, without consistent marks, each rail drifts and it's a snowball effect. Even small angles add up over distance, making the fence look wavy and weak. So yeah, rushing just isn't worth it because the right way might feel slow, but it's the only way to avoid rework.

inHad a close call with a dozer because of trust in old markings
Love how "takes two minutes" is somehow too long for some people. They'll stare right at a faded line and still get it wrong.

inPSA: My custard got creamier with eggs from my hens
Besides texture and color, does the better egg change how a dish holds together, like in a quiche or souffle?

inVent: It clicked for me why my blowouts happen at the same spot every time...
Spot this all the time, people keep fighting the same result without checking the simple cause. We patch the same leaky spot on the roof ten times but never look up to see the broken gutter. Always tweaking the recipe because the cake burns, but the oven temp has been wrong for years. Feels good to finally see the one thing you were missing.

inI never used apple cider vinegar for my chickens, but a demo at the local fair convinced me to try it.
Can it fix my broken digestion?
