inMaking my own pasta sauce saved me hundreds
When @the_cora mentioned jarred sauce tasting fake, I laughed because now I can't unsee it. My kitchen has turned into a sauce lab and I judge store bought stuff like it's a crime. Following her herb tip actually made my cheap tomatoes taste expensive. This whole thing turned me into one of those annoying people who brags about their freezer full of sauce. Guess I'm a homemade sauce convert with a slightly too big opinion on canned tomatoes now.

inFinding my old flower pressing book made me think about how we keep memories now
Get where you're coming from. I've left so many projects half done because the old way took too long. With faster methods, I actually see things through to the end. The memory is nice, but having something to show for it is better. Plus, it lets me try more things without it feeling like a big deal. Honestly, the new ways just make more sense for how I live.

inSitting out with a strained back, let's talk lifting safety
Forget just the heavy loads for a sec. The real killer is when you get lazy with the light stuff day after day. Your brain goes on autopilot and you stop engaging your core without even noticing. That's how years of bending at the waist creep up on you. I started doing planks every morning to remind my body what proper bracing feels like. It's not about one perfect lift, it's about a thousand okay ones done right.
