How many boards is Dana actually reflowing a month, and does she have any way to catch a bad joint before the thing goes back in the air? I mean if she's doing five a year on the bench and testing each one, that's way different from a shop pumping out repairs where nobody x-rays anything. Maybe it's just me but the answer kind of hinges on how much testing happens after the reflow, not on the hand work itself.
