inA talk with my inspector about old Chicago conduit made me check my work
Continuous pipe" sounds like a nightmare for inspections now.

inPSA: A photographer friend told me my mall pics were 'too clean' and missing the decay, so now I always shoot with a 50mm prime to capture the peeling paint and broken tiles up close.
Your friend gave you great advice. I used to do the same thing, trying to make everything look perfect and new in my photos. It felt like I was only telling half the story. Now I look for the worn out spots and the small things that are broken. Those details show how a place has really been used and lived in. It makes the whole picture feel more true and complete.

inJust realized my buddy in Phoenix was right about not browning meat for the slow cooker
That "one less dish to wash" thing from @taylor_garcia is so real. My kitchen sink is basically a monument to my own laziness. I'll use a fresh mug every time for coffee just to avoid washing one, so skipping the browning pan feels like a huge win. I can just dump the chicken in and walk away, and my dinner feels like a gift from my past, slightly smarter self.

inMy old plastic window box finally gave out after 8 years, dumped all my basil on the concrete.
Honestly, it's just a window box. Go grab another cheap plastic one from the garden center, it'll last another eight years easy. People act like you need some fancy forever material for a thing that holds dirt. The basil is fine, just scoop it up and put it in a new box. This isn't a big deal.

inI thought stacking 50 photos was a waste of time for my old camera
Wait, you used a camera from 2015?
