How long does it actually take you to re-sanitize?

You already did the hard part by drawing a line, just avoid making it about Marcus being a bad guy and keep it about the rule going forward.

The hot water part is what gets me. Regular leaks are bad, but hot water adds the risk of burns. That kind of mess really does make you question everything.
