That was a total mess. My whole work group uses that site to coordinate, and we were stuck waiting for updates all day. It really showed how much we rely on one platform.

Our team had a project deadline last Thursday and Slack went down for two hours. We lost all our pinned files and the chat history was lagging. Like @allen.ruby said, it really shows the problem with putting everything in one place. We ended up having to text each other to figure out who was doing what. It was a huge mess that could have been avoided.
