Need recommendations for an "as-is" cash buyer in Lynnwood

Mold is a tough one for traditional buyers anyway because their lenders will flag it. A cash buyer is definitely your best bet here.

Serious question, has anyone else waited years for a promotion only to realize it was worth it?

Yeah, that "mileage may vary" part is key. For me, it clicked when I stopped trying to make the habit a big deal. I just tied it to something I already do every day, like brushing my teeth. Doing a tiny, no excuse version of the thing for two minutes made it stick because it felt too silly to skip. The small win each day built up the proof I could do it, which mattered more than motivation.

My city just made laminated glass a must for all street-level windows. Half the guys here say it's smart, half say it's a pain. What's your call?

Laminated glass everywhere? That's... I can't believe they didn't think about what happens next. @harper_hernandez brought up cost, and that's just part of it. What about old buildings or small shops having a tough time already? This rule seems rushed and not thought out... like a lot of city plans these days.

Felt wrong when a super asked me to bypass our safety steps for a tight deadline.

Once I skipped the safety clip on a pressure cooker because I was in a hurry. The lid flew off and soup went all over the ceiling, which taught me a lesson. Now I always double-check those steps, no matter how rushed I feel.

My change to immediate tool care after every appointment

Five minutes per horse might work in a perfect world, but real days are messy. I doubt stopping that often is as critical as some say. Tools can take a beating and still work fine with a solid clean at night. Constant breaks just break your flow, and that costs more time than it saves. It's not worth stressing over every little bit of dirt.
