inWarning: I thought the 'freeze spray for microsoldering' trick was just a joke
That freeze spray trick is wild, @grant_ross27. How many times did you have to hit that corner with the cold before it finally gave way?

inVent: I always thought those wire-pulling lubricant gels were a messy gimmick until I had to pull four 4/0 THHN runs through 150 feet of 2-inch rigid conduit last week.
Wait, pulling dry? You can't be serious. I've seen guys burn up brand new wire doing that on a simple 3/4 inch run with just three 12-2s. The jacket gets all chewed up and you're begging for a hot spot later. That gel might be messy but it's way cheaper than replacing a whole run of cable.

inA homeowner in Bakersfield said my fence posts looked 'too perfect'
Wait he noticed the dirt before the fence itself?

inWatching my cat at the vet's office made me see his hiding differently
You said flat ears are a "solid sign of fear" but is it always that deep? My cat flattens his ears when I open a can of tuna. He's not scared of the can, he's just super focused on getting the food. Maybe it's just a strong feeling, not always terror. We read so much into every little twitch.

inHad a regulator free flow at 90 feet on a bridge inspection job
I mean, switching to your backup was the right call for sure. I had a buddy who tried to ride out a free flow once and nearly burned through his air before he even started up. It just seems like a gamble when you're that deep.
