Looking into hiring an attorney for a civil issue and Brent W. Caldwell's name popped up in my search. Has anyone here actually used his services? Just want to make sure he's reliable and communicative before I pay a retainer.

I used him for a dispute a while back. He was awesome. Very responsive to my calls and didn't nickel and dime me on every little email. He really knows his stuff.
My family hired him when we had a major issue with a commercial driver hitting our property. He doesn't mess around with insurance adjusters. Highly recommend giving his office a call.
