Silicone sealant cracking way too soon on sunny sides

Put in some big windows last fall with what I thought was good silicone. Now the sealant on the west and south faces is already dry and splitting. The ones in shade look perfect like new. My supplier says the sun bakes it out faster now with stronger heat. We had two jobs where customers pointed out gaps after just one summer. Maybe we should all look into sun-proof sealants for those spots. It's becoming a real headache with call backs.
