Finally got the nerve to speak up at the Edmonton Chat meet last month

I was at the downtown library event, just listening like always. Someone asked about good local forums and I just said 'This one, obviously.' A few people laughed and we ended up talking for an hour about other spots online. Now I try to say at least one thing at every meet. Has anyone else had a moment that pushed them to join in more?
