Showerthought: I just hit 100 different beds this year
I mean, I was packing up in Lisbon and counted them all from my travel log. It hit me that I haven't slept in the same place for more than a week in ages. Has anyone else felt weird after hitting a number like that?

My buddy did 50 cities last year and said it felt like living in a loading screen. That rootless feeling is real after a while. Sounds like you need a home base for a minute.

Man, that's a wild number to see written down. I did about half that a few years back and started feeling totally untethered, like my brain couldn't pin a memory to a place anymore. Finding one spot to just be for a few weeks really helped settle that weird fog.
