Had to choose between the old Northgate Mall or the newer Riverside Plaza for my first solo explore

I went with Northgate in my hometown because I heard the original 1972 fountain was still intact. Found it dry and full of leaves, but the tile work was amazing. The anchor stores were gutted, but a few old storefronts still had their signs. Anyone else check out a place just for one specific feature like that?
