That time a squirrel decided to help with the finish on a patio in Eugene

We were finishing a stamped patio for a backyard wedding, and I'd just sprayed the release agent. A squirrel ran straight across the wet concrete, leaving a perfect set of tiny paw prints right in the middle of the herringbone pattern. The homeowner saw it happen and just laughed, saying it was good luck. We had to stop, smooth it out with a trowel, and re-stamp that section before it set. Anyone ever have an animal mess with a pour before it cured?

Maybe the squirrel art was the only thing holding the whole wall together.
