My back finally called it quits after a week of moving sheet goods

Spent all week hauling full sheets of plywood by myself for a big built in project, and now my lower back is in full revolt. I was so focused on the cut list I totally forgot about lifting form until the sharp pain hit. How do you guys handle the heavy material side of things without wrecking yourself.

I feel that! I finally broke down and got a panel carrier for sheet goods, it's a total game changer for your back.
