Four hundred and fifty dollars for a cup? That's more than my car payment. For that kind of money, the thing should be indestructible, not leaking in your bag after a few weeks. I'd be on the phone with their customer service every single day until they fixed it. That's just not right.

Yeah, that tracks. Best to check the return policy before buying anything from them. Heard it's a hassle.
