Rant: I thought those fancy $30 stencils were a total waste of money
Honestly, I saw them online for months and refused to buy one, thinking I could just draw everything freehand. Tbh, my monthly calendar headers always looked messy and took forever. I finally caved and got a basic one from a shop called Archer & Olive about two months ago. Ngl, it cut my setup time in half and my pages look way cleaner. Has anyone else had a tool they hated on that actually saved their butt?
Totally get the hesitation on pricey tools. My whole thing was fancy pens for writing, thought they were just for show. A smooth gel pen actually made my handwriting legible for the first time ever.
