My boss in Tampa said I was wrong about the ground block placement, but the signal test proved me right.

I keep seeing guys mount the ground block right under the drip loop where water runs down the cable, which can cause corrosion over time. I moved it six inches up on a job last week and got a 5% better signal reading at the main splitter. How do you all decide where to put yours?
