Picked a local broker over a national chain for my house sale in Phoenix
I was stuck between two options when I sold my place last year. One was a big national firm with flashy ads, the other was a smaller local broker who knew the neighborhood. I went with the local guy because he showed me comps from my exact street, not just the zip code. House sold in 12 days for $5k over asking, which shocked me.
