inConsidering a small crane for my backyard shed build. Wise or reckless?
Ever lifted a green treated 6x6? Those things are shockingly heavy wet. Patio slabs are dense but flat and stable, timber frames want to twist and pinch. Your skills help, but the weight and awkward shape change the game completely.

inVent: My go-to cafe uses beans from a farm with shady practices
Morgan's story about talking to the barista is spot on. I tried the "ignore it for the taste" move once and it just makes you side-eye your own drink every time. Your cafe probably has no idea where those beans really come from, suppliers love to hide the ugly details. Just ask the staff in a friendly way - if they're your friends, they'll listen. Sometimes a few customers asking is all it takes for a place to make a better choice.
