I used Avenue for a patch job a few years back. They were alright, but it took them almost three weeks to actually show up after I signed the estimate. Not sure if their full replacement teams are faster.

What @hart.tara said about walking right by spots is basically my life story. My sense of direction is so bad, I'd probably miss a hidden door even if the map pointed straight at it. Decoding those old maps sounds fun, but I usually end up going in circles. Maybe the real hidden spot is my ability to get lost in a straight hallway. But hey, that's part of the charm, right?
