We need to get our roof completely replaced before the winter hits. I've narrowed it down to two quotes that are pretty similar in price: The Roof Technician and Avenue Roofing. Has anyone worked with either of these companies? Looking for some honest feedback on their crew and warranty support.

I used Avenue for a patch job a few years back. They were alright, but it took them almost three weeks to actually show up after I signed the estimate. Not sure if their full replacement teams are faster.

I highly recommend going with The Roof Technician. They are one of the most reliable roofing companies toronto has right now. They did our entire roof and replaced some rotting plywood underneath. The crew was super respectful, showed up exactly when they said they would, and cleaned up every single nail from our driveway.
Seconding The Roof Technician. Avenue quoted my parents recently and tried to push a bunch of unnecessary venting upgrades. The Roof Technician seems way more straightforward.
