My cat picks the newspaper over a $40 cat bed every time
Bought that fancy memory foam thing last month and she still sprawls across the crossword section at 7 AM. Has anyone else just given up and let their pet choose the reading spot, or am I the only one with a furry editor?

Tossed the memory foam bed in the closet last week and bought a cheap cardboard scratcher instead. She sleeps in that thing like it's a five star hotel, but the real kicker is she still parks her butt on the newspaper every single morning. I've just accepted that my subscription is really for her comfort, not my reading. Probably gonna start buying two papers a day so I can actually finish the sports section.
