Blind box haul went sideways when the seller swapped the label

I ordered a $30 mystery box from a seller on Etsy last month, 5 random figures and a promised 'rare' one. When it showed up at my door in Portland, the box had the right outer label but the inside was all common repeats from a different set, not even the theme I paid for. I took photos of the unboxing video timestamp, messaged the seller with proof, and they admitted they mixed up two orders after I pushed back twice. They offered a partial refund of $12, which I took, but honestly the trust is gone. Has anyone else gotten a swapped mystery box and actually gotten the seller to send the right one in the end?

My friend had this happen with a Funko bundle off Mercari. She got a box full of beat up commons when the listing showed two chases. Seller did the same thing, blamed the mixup and offered like $8 back. She kept pushing and sent screenshots of the label weight versus the original listing photos. Finally after like a week they sent the real box and told her to keep the junk one too. Took way too much effort though.
