Can we talk about breathing in insulation dust?
It gave me a nasty cough for weeks. Don't skip the respirator, even for quick work.

A bandana? For real? That's like using a napkin to stop a waterfall... scary stuff.

Oh man, laughing because I thought a bandana was fine for a tiny attic job once. That was a stupid month. Felt like I'd smoked a pack a day, cough wouldn't quit. Learned my lesson the hard way, now the respirator lives in my truck.
