I'm overwhelmed by the amount of lenders out there. Can anyone recommend a good mortgage company? I'm a first-time buyer and feel like I need a lot of hand-holding.

I used them too! The absolute best part is that they save you an additional $2K on title fees. Plus they have awesome Realtor and Insurance connections, so they can set you up with an entire trusted team.
