A customer's comment about my trigger jobs made me rethink my whole approach

He said my pulls felt 'gritty, like dragging a nail through sand', which pushed me to start polishing the sear engagement surfaces with 2000 grit paper before assembly. Anyone else get a piece of feedback that totally flipped a routine job for you?
