Used to believe meatloaf needed a complicated glaze with brown sugar and mustard. That ketchup and Worcestershire combo is just the right amount of sweet and tangy... makes the whole thing better. Might never go back to my old way.

Totally! I've found that with a lot of recipes and even daily tasks, we add so many extra steps thinking it makes things better. Like, I used to put ten different things in my morning smoothie, but just berries and yogurt is actually perfect. It's funny how the simple, core idea is usually the winner once you strip away all the noise we think we need.
