Tried glue-down LVP instead of click-lock on a commercial job yesterday

I always use click-lock for residential but this was a 2,000 sq ft retail space in Austin and the subfloor was super uneven. Glue-down was way faster and no hollow spots at all. Anyone else make the switch for bigger jobs?

Wait, you laid glue-down LVP over an uneven subfloor and didn't run into issues with the adhesive bonding? I always figured you needed a perfectly flat surface for glue-down or it would bubble up on you over time. That's wild that it worked out so much smoother than click-lock for you.

Use a heavy duty roller right after laying it down to really press that adhesive into the uneven spots.
