Finally finished that tricky corner lot fence in Phoenix

We had a job on a corner lot last week with a 30 foot slope and the worst caliche soil I've seen in years. My crew and I spent two full days just on the post holes, going through three rock bar bits. The homeowner came out on the third day, saw the finished line, and said, 'You guys made that look easy,' which felt amazing after the struggle. We got the whole 150 foot run done by Friday afternoon. What's the toughest soil you've ever had to dig through for posts?

What gets me is how much it messes with your sleep. You toss and turn trying to find a position that doesn't hurt, and then you wake up even more stiff. That lack of rest makes everything else harder the next day, like focusing at work or even just wanting to move around. It's a whole cycle that starts with one sore muscle.

Yeah that cycle of no sleep making it worse is so real. My buddy had a shoulder thing and said he'd just stare at the ceiling some nights, then be a zombie at his desk job.
