Unpopular opinion: A decent lunch keeps the hoof knife steady
I used to power through on coffee alone and my work suffered. Now I make time for a proper meal mid-day. What do you folks eat to stay sharp?

It's not just about eating... it's what you eat. A heavy burger and fries will put me right to sleep at the bench. I go for lighter stuff now, like a big salad with some chicken or hard boiled eggs. The real trick is skipping the simple carbs that cause a crash an hour later. A steady burn from protein and veggies keeps my focus way longer than any caffeine spike ever did.
