How do you politely refuse a pony hoof repair? I just claim my tool belt is at the dry cleaners.

Honestly might have tried to fix it with a glue stick and some hope. Guess being the "handy" friend means you get all the weird jobs, like taping a piñata back together or now, apparently, farrier work on a party pony.
