Found a box of my grandpa's old tools in the attic and one of them has a weird story
It's a hammer from 1947 with a handle he carved himself after his regular one broke during a big storm in Galveston. Anyone know the best way to clean old wood without damaging it?

My uncle used boiled linseed oil on his old axe handles. Just a light coat works.
