Question about a bad call on a foundation plan in Denver

I was working on a set of foundation plans for a small office building in Denver last spring. I missed a key note about the frost depth being 36 inches, not 30, and the concrete crew poured the footings before anyone caught it. I had to call the site super, stop the pour, and redraw the whole detail section overnight. Has anyone else had a site call that forced a full redraw?

Been there, had to redo a whole sewer line plan once.

Man, I used to think redoing plans was just part of the job and no big deal. Seeing a whole sewer line plan get scrapped really showed me how much time and money that actually wastes. It changed my mind completely about double checking the first layout. Now I'm a lot more careful before anything gets finalized.

Ugh, that sounds like a nightmare! I can't even imagine the headache of redoing something that big. All that work just gone, and the cost must have been crazy. It really shows how one little mistake early on can mess up everything later.
