inI finally stopped using my smartwatch and I don't miss it ONE BIT.
But what about when you actually need to track something, like your sleep or daily steps? I get where @rowan_murphy is coming from with the buzzing, but my watch reminding me to move has really helped my stiff back. It pings me to stretch often, and I look at my phone less for the time or texts. Yeah, charging it is annoying, but I'll take that over always digging for my phone.
