From my moving days: Biodegradable packing turned into a garden
A client demanded all eco-friendly materials for their big move. The cornstarch peanuts got wet and started growing in the truck before we arrived.

From what I've read, those cornstarch peanuts can sprout if they get wet.

Honestly thought they were just a messy gimmick for the longest time. Then I saw a video where someone dissolved a whole box in their garden bed. The way it just melted away and fed the soil completely changed my mind. Now it seems like the obvious choice over that plastic foam stuff that just sits in a landfill forever.
