It felt like a waste at first, but one prompt about a character who can only speak in palindromes broke a six-month creative block for me. Has a random prompt ever just clicked and fixed your whole project?

Guess it's easier to fix a creative block than a clogged drain.

Wish prompts worked like that for me. Honestly, they just make me overthink and freeze up worse. I have to just start writing the messy middle of a scene, even if it's bad, to get anywhere.
