Feel the same way! @paul390 is totally right about firm boundaries changing things. I started saying no to extra tasks at work and it made a huge difference. Before that, I was always tired and letting people walk all over me. Now I have more energy and my friends respect my time better. It really does get easier once you stick to your limits.

Exactly, that "letting people walk all over me" part is so real. It's wild how much mental space gets freed up when you stop managing other people's expectations. For me, it meant actually scheduling my own stuff first, like a workout, before saying yes to anything else.
