Honestly, I saw a whole thread last week about a guy who hired someone to just mount a TV. Seemed easy, right? But the wall was some weird concrete and they hit electrical lines. The bill ended up being like triple the first quote because of all the extra work and parts. People never think about what's actually inside the walls.
