Tried 3 different property management software trials and got burned by all of them
I tested AppFolio, Yardi, and Buildium for my 12-unit strip mall in Tucson over 3 weeks and every single one had a glitch that lost a rent payment or double-booked a maintenance request. The Yardi demo guy even told me "their reporting module was finicky" which I should have taken as a red flag. Has anyone found a system that actually works without a dedicated IT person on staff?

Yeah that Yardi demo guy was telling on himself, I'd run from that one.
