Closed on a 12,000 sq ft warehouse in Cleveland after 9 months of back and forth
The seller kept asking for leaseback terms right up to the wire, but we got the keys last Tuesday and the tenant I had lined up signed their 5 year lease the same afternoon, has anyone else had a deal almost fall apart at closing only to come together in one crazy day?

Waited outside the title office holding a box of donuts for the loan officer, ended up eating half myself before we signed.
