PSA: Senior dev told me to stop overthinking my first project
Had a guy at my local coding meetup in Denver tell me my to-do list app was overengineered for a beginner. He said just get it working with basic Python and SQLite instead of trying to use Docker and Kubernetes. Anyone else have a mentor who kept you from going down a rabbit hole?

Real talk it's just a to do list app not a bank transaction system so maybe chill out with the Docker setup.
