My cat started peeing on my work boots every morning for a week after I trimmed a tree in her favorite window spot.

I had to cut back a big oak branch last Tuesday that gave her a perfect view of the bird feeder, and now she's giving me the silent treatment and targeting my gear, so is this just revenge or is there some other cat logic I'm missing here?

Ever try putting a new perch right by that window?

That window perch idea is smart, but check if the sun hits that spot directly. Too much heat might make it uncomfortable.
