My toiletry bag exploded in security last week

Took a 6am flight out of Denver. Got to the TSA belt. Pulled out my liquids bag. Zipper gave up. Toothpaste, shampoo, face wash all over the scanner. Agent was not happy. Had to throw half my stuff away. Now I use a hard plastic case with a latch. Anyone else had a bag fail at the worst time?

Hard case is the move. Learned that one the hard way too.

Hard shell is the way to go, but honestly the real pro move is switching to solid toiletries. Shampoo bars, toothpaste tabs, deodorant balm. No liquid limit, no explosion risk, and they take up way less space. I swapped after my shaving cream fizzed all over a hotel sink last year.
