My main band saw blade snapped mid-cut on a full pork loin yesterday.
It was a 1-inch carbon steel blade from a local supplier, only two weeks old. I had to stop the whole line for an hour while I swapped it out and checked the guides. Has anyone else had a problem with this brand lately?

Ugh, tell me about it. I had the same thing happen with a blade from them last month, cut my whole day in half. Maybe they changed something in the steel.

Man, it's not just blades. It's everything now. Karen_martin is right about the quality tanking. I bought a simple garden hose last year and it lasted a decade. The one I got this spring burst in two months. Same brand. Feels like companies are quietly making stuff worse so we have to buy it more often. It's exhausting.
